- This light is shipped with a discharged and disconnected rechargeable battery. Install and charge the battery before use: Unscrew the screw on the top of the light. Slide the top shell off the back. Lift the inner battery cover off. Carefully, connect the battery cable to the light. Replace the inner cover. Put the top shell back on. Insert then tighten the screw. With the light off, plug the charger into the bottom of the grip. Charge the battery for at least 8 hours before first use. Keep the battery fully charged for optimal performance. This is especially important if the light is to be stored for more than several months. The charging circuit will not over-charge or damage the battery.Pull the trigger switch to toggle between HIGH/OFF/LOW/OFF/STROBE/OFF modes. To operate the laser beam, simply push the side momentary yellow button.When the battery is low or when the temperature of the battery is high, the light will only operate in low or strobe mode.Battery Charging Status Indicator:
